Brian M. Beason is a partner at Frohlich, Gordon & Beason, P.A. Brian has practiced law in Florida since he received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Brian has the distinction of being one of a select group of attorney in Florida who has earned two Florida Bar Board Certifications (Business Litigation in 2011 and Civil Trial Law in 2020). He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has regularly been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers. He has a varied practice, including commercial and real estate litigation, as well as personal injury and wrongful death claims.
Brian currently resides in North Port with Leanne, his wife of twenty-five years. Brian’s past charitable activities include serving as a Board Member of the American Red Cross of Southwest Florida; the Vice President of the Imagine School at North Port; a mentor through both Big Brothers and Take Stock in Children; and a coach for North Port Youth Soccer. In his free time, Brian enjoys live music and visiting our beautiful National Parks.
