He took the time to secure all the information he needed from us and then answer any questions that we had about the process as this was a business mediation case. Throughout the process he kept us informed about his correspondence with the builders attorney and was was always quick to respond to any questions we had. He offered his professional advice as to what we could do and offered various options but always left the final decision to us. We were able to reach a settlement with the builder that was aggreeable to us. James Gordon took over my insurance claim related to a car accident we were in two years ago from a well known law firm in Sarasota who was doing nothing with our claim. Sometimes a lawyer is required. This was the situation. If you are thinking this small lawfirm is not able to handle a big case you would be wrong. We went to trial and won. Brian Beason takes a deposition like no other, Chris Frohlich was on top of all deadlines and translated legal jargon to layperson terms for us whenever necessary. Cort Frohlich guided the ship. We were well represented all times. I hope we never have to go through something like this ever again, but if so, I would definitely choose these lawyers.
