Since the first time we met with Mr. Gordon for the consultation we knew we were in the right place. He listened, was compassionate and worked very hard for us. We cannot thank him and his team enough.

We were having an issue with our builder completing our home per the contract and they stopped communicating with us so we felt we needed to seek legal counsel. An aquaintance recommended Brian Beason of the law firm Frohlich, Gordon & Beason Law Firm as she had used his services prior and was very pleased with his handling of her case. We called Mr Beason and set up an initial consultation with him. He took the time to secure all the information he needed from us and then answer any questions that we had about the process as this was a business mediation case. Throughout the process he kept us informed about his correspondence with the builders attorney and was was always quick to respond to any questions we had. He offered his professional advice as to what we could do and offered various options but always left the final decision to us. We were able to reach a settlement with the builder that was aggreeable to us. I am very grateful to Mr Beason for his handling of our case and would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal counsel. James Gordon took over my insurance claim related to a car accident we were in two years ago from a well known law firm in Sarasota who was doing nothing with our claim. Sometimes a lawyer is required. This was the situation. If you are thinking this small lawfirm is not able to handle a big case you would be wrong. We went to trial and won. Brian Beason takes a deposition like no other, Chris Frohlich was on top of all deadlines and translated legal jargon to layperson terms for us whenever necessary. Cort Frohlich guided the ship. We were well represented all times. I hope we never have to go through something like this ever again, but if so, I would definitely choose these lawyers.
